To provide a high level of customer service and differentiation, Snapsil® sourced a special purpose machine that would print and cut lids to suit customer’s requirements. This machine is capable of digitally printing in 4 colour CMYK at a rate of 30 m per minute and die cutting in line to suit the particular lid shape. In production this machine can produce up to 400,000 lids per day depending on Snapsil® product type.
