Snapsil® shells are made from polypropylene, which is a readily recyclable plastic. The shells have very thin walls using less materials than many other forms of rigid packaging.

imageThe Snapsil® filling machine footprint is very small compared to other packaging machines, reducing space and energy requirements.

The Snapsil® Solution

Snapsil® shells are injection moulded in “gangs” of two, four or more. The shells nest into each other and can save space in transit and during production reducing greenhouse emissions from transportation. By producing multiple products in each fi lling operation we are reducing the overall energy requirements in the production line.
