This company was eventually acquired by an ASX listed public company. Brad has been instrumental in managing the transformation of companies from early concept to commercial ready in recent years. He has broad management experience across organizational development, product innovation and development, intellectual property management, contractual and financial management and international business development. |

Nigel HallChairman Nigel is the Entrepreneur in Residence at the Business Incubator of the Innovation Centre Sunshine Coast Limited and an investor in start-up and small businesses. He is a Director at several companies, including RHEquity, NuSteel Homes Queensland and Brushmore. Prior to joining the Innovation Centre Sunshine Coast, Nigel was Managing Director of Equator Investments Pty Ltd, a VC advisory and seed capital provider focussed on investments in early stage financial services and telecommunications providers, in Cape Town, South Africa. Nigel has been involved in raising over AUD$160 million in funding for various businesses since 1994. He has undergraduate degrees from UK and German universities and received his MBA in International Business from Clemson University, South Carolina, USA. |

John WilsonNon Executive Director John brings with him experience in growing technology based businesses both domestically and internationally. John has extensive global business experience, having spent most of his 20 year career in the development of international businesses in Asia, Europe, and the US including establishment of major strategic alliances and partnerships, technology licenses and driving market entry strategies through new product innovation and commercialization. Prior to Snapsil® , John co-founded intelligent fastening company, Telezygology (TZ) in 1999 and developed the business to an ASX listing (TZL) in April 2004. Following listing, John ran the US operating division of TZL as COO, helping to grow the business to a A$200M market capitalization until his exit in 2007. |

Peter WoodNon Executive Director Peter has over 30 years experience in both corporate and brand development, having worked as MD and Non-Executive Director within listed and unlisted Australian Companies. His major focus has been on rapid strategic growth through the analysis of emerging trends and innovative product development, geograhic expansion, negotiated alliances, M + A's, structural transition and other associated activities which have contributed to significant increases in shareholder value. Also, Peter's career experience in successfully marketing FMCG's via the introduction of new packaging concepts and product innovation will provide invaluable insight into the crucial operational demands and internal requirements which influence potential Snapsil ® customers'. |

Christer RonnegardBusiness Advisor Prior to Snapsil® , Christer was the Managing Director for Tetra Pak Asia Pte Ltd, one of the biggest Tetra Pak factories and operations in the world. Christer has worked for Tetra Pak in various senior executive capacities across several continents since 1981. His role as Managing Director for the marketing companies of Tetra Pak in Singapore, Malaysia and the Middle/Near East steered Tetra Pak's rise throughout many of Asia's emerging markets, particularly Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Cambodia. |
